Order Processing
Orders require 2–3 business days to process before shipment.
Processing time includes order confirmation, quality checks, preparation and packaging. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
United States Shipping
After processing, orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within 7–15 business days.
The estimated total delivery time is:
2–3 business days processing + 7–15 business days shipping
Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. Delays may occur during holidays, peak shopping periods, severe weather or carrier disruptions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@merryandmayhem.com.
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing. Merry & Mayhem™ is not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your tracking has not updated for several business days or your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@merryandmayhem.com. We will gladly help you review the shipment status.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery area, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier before reaching out to us.
Multiple Packages
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Holiday Shipping
Shipping carriers may experience higher volumes during the Christmas season. We recommend ordering early, as delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
